Cambridge students are taught only for IGCSE Physics 0625 or 0972. Pearson Edexcel students follow either the linear International GCSE Physics 4PH1 course or the modular International GCSE Physics 4XPH1 course. Topic teaching, question selection and exam preparation stay aligned with the chosen route.
Across the specifications, lessons build command of mechanics, thermal physics, waves, electricity, magnetism and atomic physics. Shared ideas are taught from first principles; board-specific assessment is then trained separately.
For Cambridge IGCSE Physics, preparation follows the relevant 0625 or 0972 paper structure. Paper 6 Alternative to Practical is taught as a repeatable method: read the apparatus, identify variables, process the data and state conclusions in language that answers the mark scheme.
Pearson Edexcel 4PH1 is the linear International GCSE Physics route, assessed through Papers 1P and 2P. Pearson Edexcel 4XPH1 is the modular cash-in route, with units 4WPH1/1P and 4WPH2/1P. Students are prepared for the route they are enrolled in, without mixing paper references or revision priorities.
Lessons connect the physics to the way marks are awarded: calculations are set out cleanly, definitions use the required precision, longer answers follow a logical chain, and practical questions distinguish observations from conclusions. Homework and exam-style work are selected for the student's board and route.
Weekly homework is checked individually, regular exams expose gaps early, and students can contact Dr Desouky directly on WhatsApp. Online group sessions last 90 minutes and cost AED 150 each. The timetable is agreed with the students in each group.
