Riyadh · Jeddah · Dammam & Khobar · Live online
Dr Mohamed Desouky offers live online IGCSE, AS and A-Level Physics tutoring for students in Saudi Arabia. Get help with difficult topics, past papers and exam preparation from a physics teacher who works directly with his students.
Teaching covers Cambridge and Edexcel IGCSE Physics, plus Edexcel International AS and A-Level Physics, including A2. Online groups cost AED 150 per 90-minute session, with times agreed directly. Share your level, exam board and availability to discuss joining.
Before you join
Timetables differ by exam board. Send your qualification and intended exam session to confirm the current days, times, time zone and available places.

Students in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar can join live online Cambridge and Edexcel IGCSE Physics classes. Lessons explain difficult topics, develop calculation and writing skills, and include past-paper questions matched to the exam board.
Cambridge 0625/0972 and Edexcel linear 4PH1 or modular 4XPH1 are covered. If you are unsure which route your school uses, send a recent paper or your course name on WhatsApp.
Dr Desouky teaches Edexcel International AS and A-Level Physics, including A2. AS develops the foundations for more demanding calculations and explanations; A2 builds on those skills toward the full International A-Level.
Practical skills and past-paper work are taught alongside the theory. M1 Mechanics is available separately for Edexcel Mathematics students. A-Level teaching follows Edexcel International.
Saudi Arabia is one hour behind the UAE. Share your availability so session times can be confirmed in your local time before you join a group.
Live online groups cost AED 150 per 90-minute session. The amount in your local currency depends on the payment provider's exchange rate and fees. Contact Dr Desouky with your level, exam board and exam date to discuss the course.
In their words
Three of his predicted questions came up on the exam, word for word.
Khalid

My son wouldn't stop complaining about physics until Dr. Desouky's first class. Something just clicked and he's now considering engineering for university.
Mrs. Al-Mansoori

I struggled with Paper 6 until Dr. Desouky's Paper 6 class. His step-by-step approach made everything so logical.

Questions

Dr Desouky teaches Cambridge IGCSE Physics 0625/0972, Edexcel International GCSE Physics linear 4PH1 and modular 4XPH1, and Edexcel International AS and A-Level Physics online. This includes A2; Edexcel M1 Mechanics is available for Mathematics. Cambridge A-Level Physics is not part of the offer.
Use your actual exam qualification to choose a group, even if a school uses a shorter course label. In particular, Cambridge at IGCSE does not mean Cambridge A-Level is also supported. For an Edexcel International A-Level enquiry, include the stage or unit papers you are preparing for so the discussion addresses the work you will be assessed on.
The published online group fee is AED 150 for a 90-minute session. It is quoted in UAE dirhams, not Saudi riyals. Any converted amount depends on the payment provider's exchange rate and fees; confirm the payment details directly before making arrangements.
When comparing options, use the same lesson duration and distinguish group teaching from one-to-one tuition. Dr Desouky's groups are around 20 students. Ask about the course timetable and expected sessions before estimating ongoing costs, since the session price does not establish a fixed monthly package or confirm the number of available lessons.
Students in Saudi Arabia are served through live online physics groups. In-person teaching is in Khalidiya, near Abu Dhabi Corniche, in the UAE. The Saudi service does not advertise a physical branch or home visits in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam or Khobar.
Confirm the session time with an explicit time-zone label and check that regular attendance fits your school timetable. Prepare to solve questions during the lesson instead of only watching the screen. Joined students receive recordings for catching up, but the live course format and the arrangement for your group should be clear before you enrol.
Contact Dr Desouky with your location, course name, exam date and available times. Include recent marked work and the areas you find difficult. A statement of entry or paper cover can identify the correct board when the syllabus code is unfamiliar.
For an A-Level enquiry, list the actual units you intend to sit rather than only saying AS or A2. For IGCSE, confirm whether the course is Cambridge or Edexcel and, for Edexcel, linear or modular. Those details help distinguish a suitable class from a group that covers similar physics but prepares for a different assessment route.
Yes. Tell Dr Desouky which Edexcel International Physics unit you plan to resit, the exam date and the weaknesses shown by your previous work. The relevant group and timetable must be confirmed directly. Tuition does not itself arrange a resit entry or guarantee a higher result.
Separate missing knowledge from repeated process errors. A student may know a definition but lose marks applying it to an unfamiliar context, or solve a calculation correctly until the final unit conversion. Keep a record of these patterns and reattempt selected questions without the mark scheme. That gives a clearer revision target than simply completing more full papers.
Parents can contact Dr Desouky at any time with questions and are kept informed. Joined students receive recorded sessions for catching up. A useful progress conversation focuses on the student's completed work and next practice target, rather than attendance or recording views alone.
Ask the student to explain one corrected question after a lesson: what went wrong, why the new method works and how they would recognise a similar problem. This makes a support discussion concrete. Parents can raise concerns about workload or understanding without assuming that contact at any time means immediate replies or a particular reporting schedule.
