What should I send when asking about Physics lessons?

Send the student's level, exam board, city, intended exam session and preferred lesson format. A recent mock result or one question they found difficult helps explain what support they need. If the board is unclear, send the qualification or paper code without personal candidate details.

For example: ‘My child studies Cambridge IGCSE Physics 0625, plans to sit the May/June exams and needs help with electricity and practical questions. We live in Abu Dhabi and would like to discuss in-person lessons.’ Dr Desouky can then discuss a suitable group, its timetable and fees.

Where are the in-person Physics lessons in Abu Dhabi?

In-person Physics sessions take place in Khalidiya, near Abu Dhabi Corniche. The public listing is on Corniche St, Al Khalidiyah, W10. Confirm the appointment, arrival details and in-person fees directly before travelling; the published AED 150 fee is for a 90-minute online group session.

Can parents contact Dr Desouky about progress or missed lessons?

Yes. Parents are kept informed and can contact Dr Desouky with questions at any time. Enrolled group students receive session recordings to help them catch up. Discuss the missed topic and any unfinished practice so the conversation leads to a specific next step.

A useful progress question is ‘Which skill should we focus on before the next assessment?’ It connects feedback to an action such as checking units, drawing force diagrams or improving an experimental explanation. Contacting at any time does not mean an immediate reply is guaranteed.
